If you have been sent for a test by the practice, you can view your results on Patient Access or the ‘NHS app’, so please use either of these methods prior to contacting the surgery. Should you have a further query then please use the following link for Test Results queries.
If you still need to contact us regarding your test results, since our telephone lines are very busy first thing in the morning we ask you to telephone for test results (e.g. blood, urine or x-rays) between 11am and 12.30pm each day.
To ensure confidentiality we only release results to the patients themselves unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
